58ft Doug Moore 1987, 22HP Russell Newbury DM2, Refitted 2007

BALLROOM BLITZ                                                                                         £49,950  
HULL: This 58ft  Doug Moore hull was first registered in 1987 she was refitted in 2007, a Steelwork construction of 10/6/4.
Doug Moore built with pronounced sheer, glutted ends to cants and handrails and rubbing strakes with fluted bayonet tips. She has a flared bow and recessed cabin side panelling. The overall length is 58ft with covered cabin space of 42ft, pigeon box, cratch & cover. 
Inside cabin height is 77”.

FIT OUT: The front well deck is nicely appointed with a partially glazed cratch. Each side has useful lockers doubling up as seats with a sturdy table. The front bulk head has two large glazed windows along with two glazed doors. Entrance to this boat is very easy with her wide slightly curved steps.  Fitted out in high gloss ash with dark wood trim.

SALOON: To your right is a TV point with Glomax arial and secondary arial. Whilst set centrally in the saloon is a Morso Squirrel diesel fuelled stove, which also heats the hot water. Opposite is a built in folding Dining Table and two matching armchairs with matching stools. Vintage wall lights.

GALLEY: Leading on from the saloon is a light and airy galley with Cream gloss base unit with red tiles worktop it has an Inset stainless sink and drainer. Four ring gas hob, with oven and grill under a Shoreline 12 volt electric fridge. A Freestanding Oak sideboard and attractive hanging rack.

BEDROOM: Leading on from the galley is a cabin style fixed double bed (4ft) with six drawers under.

TOILET: This spacious bright walk through bathroom has a Thetford Cassette toilet, a Vanity Unit with inset basin a small Bath with shower over there is also a Heated Towel Rail for toasty warm towels.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS: This is traditionally scumbled and decorated engine room and houses a Russell Newbery DM2 22hp Engine built in Dagenham. Fitted with a 90 amp hours alternator, she has Keel cooling with a Borgwarner Velvet Drive marine transmission gearbox and Aquadrive coupling to a Crowther prop.   Traditional engine controls consist of speed wheel and push/pull rod.   The engine is mounted over twin fuel tanks (approx.110 gallons).   
There is One starter and 3 domestic batteries a Mastervolt Mass Combi 12/120-60 inverter/charger and a 240 AC shore supply connections.

BOATMANS CABIN This fine example of a boatmans cabin is again traditionally scumbled and decorated. The cabin is 9ft 6in long, with an interior height of 5ft 8in with a conventional boatman`s cabin layout, with a classic stove, drop table and cupboards, and cross bed (45in wide) with an additional wardrobe cupboard and under seat storage.  Lit by one porthole and bulls eye roof light, together with one 12v light and one paraffin antique style lamp. It also has blown hot air deducted heating. 

OTHER EQUIPMENT And INFOMATION. Housed in the engine room is a Cupboard containing 2 coil calorifier foam lagged hot water cylinder. Programable Webasto Boiler with radiators.

Sterling 12 v alternator regulator, a traditional engine Instrument Panel.
The water tank is 150 Gallons  Plus all the equipment needed to cruise away.
