HULL: A 70ft Graham Edgeson Norton Canes Steel Boat built 1989. With a red roof and red handrails with grey sides and a cream coach line. At the rear there is  a decorative red panel containing the name “Dreamcatcher”.
Entrance to the boat through the front is via a Cratch with storage units as seating & steps into well deck which houses a Polyprene Water Tank under. 

SALOON: The lounge is 12’ Long with front entrance doors. Steps with storage lead into lounge there is an under gunnel bookcase a Squirel Wood Burner on raised tiled hearth which has an under storage drawer. A Cupboard for concealed TV and storage area underneath.

GALLEY: Moving in to the galley. It has Oak flooring and a Light pine veneer 4’ work surface with cupboards & drawer unit under. On the other side is a 1.5 sink and drainer underneath is a Beko 8 kilo washing machine(1400 spin). There is also a Curry's 240 v under counter fridge with small freezer section. There is  a large shelved Storage cupboard above the fridge which houses a tesco Microwave to the side is a free standing gas 4 burner cooker with 2  ovens & grill.  

DINETTE: This pullman 4’ width dinette has a colourful table decorated with traditional roses there are 2 benches with storage areas under.

TOILET: This recently refurbished bathroom has a large step in shower, a hand wash basin with shelved cupboard underneath. A Cassette toilet with mains connected water flush. For storage there is a 3 shelved wall unit and a long wood wall shelf.  

BEDROOM: Moving through in to the bedroom which houses a fixed double with a full length double wardrobe, 2 x Large storage under bed drawers and  2’ wide chest of 5 drawers.  

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS: There are 2 hatches in engine room each decorated with traditional art work, the engine room houses a Russell Newbury DM2 Engine (18 HP) Water cooled with a PRM gear box, 1x  Alternator. There are 4 x Leisure batteries and 1 x  Starter battery. The electrical system has been Updated. There is a Victron 1800 Invertor, a Sterling power 12v 30 amp and on the roof there are 
1 x Solara SM 120M Panel + 1 x Solara SM 160M Panel both stuck flat to roof.

BOATMAN’S CABIN : Leading away from the engine room are two central doors which lead in to the boatman’s cabin, it houses  a double back cabin bed and  full length wardrobe with a Wood Burner Range with oven
