This boat is believed to be the rolls royce of it’s time with some very unique features although, it is in need of some TLC to bring it back to life. Her history is well documented by David Blagrove and her sister boat was owned by the writer Tom Chaplin. Built by the Whitberry company as one of the first propose built leisure craft in the 1960’s we believe it appeared in the IWA bulletins of 1966-68. 

 A Steel hull and a wooden Cabin top. She has gold coloured windows with hopper vents, dark green sides with a red roof and red grab rails, There is also a matching red name panel decorated with traditional roses and castles and a large castle scene. The fit out was completed by Reg Ritchins at Weybridge. With Pine tounge and groove ceiling and some white painted cabin sides and wooden floors throughout.

The main saloon has a cottage feel with pretty floral curtains, etched glass wall lights and 2 light green sofas which convert to a double bed which spans the width of the boat. The centre of the cabin has a puffin solid fuel stove set on a quarry tiled hearth with cream tiles to the side and rear, the stove has a back boiler and radiator. There is a large corner storage cabinet, before the division between the saloon and galley provided by two attractive art deco style stained glass panels. 
To the bow of the boat is an additional area which has two small seats which also convert to create a cross single bed originally designed for a child.

This compact walk though galley comprises of a Vanette 4 ring hob and cooker, a 12v fridge, a deep white plastic sink with bronze coloured tap and a wooden worktop with cupboards below.

This second saloon area has two seating areas upholstered in red material with matching red curtains, there are centre doors leading through to the forward galley each side of which are two cupboards with hanging rails and shelves. To the rear are two storage shelves and doors to the bathroom and engine room. These seats provide two additional single berths.

Has two separate compartments one with the toilet in and the other comprises a stainless steel shower tray lined with white tile effect plastic walling  there is a white wall hung vanity unity. The two compartments can be connected together using the doors to create a cross bathroom.

The Standard 23c 4 Cylinder diesel engine is neatly encased in a wooden housing . The room itself has porthole windows and the back doors are attractively decorated with roses and castles.1 x starter battery, 2x domestic battery, Galvanic isolator. 240V sockets are useable through the shore power hook up in the bow of the boat. There is also a gas fired hot water heater.

2 x 13kg gas bottles, 3 x fire extinguishers, fenders, pole, boat hook, mooring stakes, mooring hooks, lump hammer, hose pipe.
Water cans a spare propeller, paints and a small hand truck
